Cancellation by Us
All efforts are made to make sure that all orders are delivered on time and correctly. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you immediately if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If an order is cancelled after your credit card / debit card / wallet has been charged, the same amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 days.
Cancellation by the customer
We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept cancellation, returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please write us at LetsTalk@bleucares.com with the details.
