How do I Cancel my orders? 

 

According to our cancellation policy we do not accept refunds for orders once placed

 

Any successful order is to be deliver by our courier partners in 3-4 working days. You may also check the tentative date of delivery by entering your default pin code while placing the order. However, delivery times are dependent on product availability and the geographic location of the product in the warehouse inventory. We offer free shipping for order amount above Rs 399. 

 

After the succesful order, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An auto generated e-mail is sent once you've successfully placed your order.

Privacy and Discreet

You privacy is important to us. We follow a 100% guaranteed discreet delivery for the order packages. All the Bleu Condoms is pack in a plain boring brown paper box.

 

However we follow a strict no return policy for the orders on our website. We accept returns only if we you receive the product in a damaged condition. The same shall be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. We shall immediately dispatch a new order for the same product and share the tracking details with the customer.
